Delivery & Store Pickup

Your order can be delivered directly to the address of your choice. You may also purchase your items online and collect them from Trinbago Souvenirs at:

Order Processing

Orders received before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are processed the same day, subject to payment approval.

Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed no later than the next business day, subject to payment approval.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding official public holidays.

Delivery Time

Our trusted carriers help ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Standard delivery time is approximately 2–3 working days, depending on your selected delivery address, product availability and the time your order is placed.

Shipping Your Order

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt for your protection. Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the designated delivery address to sign for and receive your package.

For security reasons, deliveries are made to physical addresses only and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of your shipment details by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions

In the exceptional event that your order cannot be delivered as expected, we will contact you within 2 business days to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Inclement weather may delay or postpone deliveries. Trinbago Souvenirs will not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, and delivery charges will not be refunded as a result of such delays.

Trinbago Souvenirs will also not be liable for delays or refund shipping charges where delivery is affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier re-routing or mechanical difficulties.
